The Super Eagles of Nigeria maintained their 44th position in the first FIFA rankings of 2019.
The rankings, which was released on Thursday, was published on FIFA’s official website.
In Africa, the Super Eagles remain at number four behind Senegal (first), Tunisia (second) and Morocco (third).
Seychelles, who will be guests to the Super Eagles in their last Group E Africa Cup of Nations tie in March, also did not change position as they remained at 189th.
Belgium who finished third at last year’s FIFA World Cup in Russia, remained at number one, world champions France are number two and Brazil are number three.
At number four and five are runners-up and fourth placed sides in Russia, Croatia and England respectively.
