Wizkid Set New MOBO Awards Record – See Full List Of Winners

Congratulations are in order for Wizkid as he wins another MOBO Award as “Best African Act” in 2020.

The MOBO Awards was held last night, Wednesday 9th December, 2020 virtually on YouTube.

The award organisers announced Wizkid as the winner of the “Best African Act” category. The category had a competitive lineup of stars like Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, etc.

Wizkid made a new record of 4 MOBO awards, winning his first in 2011 as African Artiste of the year and 2016, in 2017 he won Best International Artiste of the year and 2020 he won the African Artiste of the year again.

This year Wizkid dropped his highly anticipated 4th studio album “Made in Lagos”. The project featured stars like Skepta, Burna Boy, Ella Mai, Damian Marley etc.
